Anti-drug campaign held at Navoi Innovation University
An educational event aimed at preventing the spread of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances among young people was held at Navoi Innovation University. The event was attended by an employee of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Navoi Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Major Pulatov Khurshid Mukhtorovich, a specialist of the Navoi Regional Branch of the Republican Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Narcology Shoimova Karomat Karimovna, NIU lawyer E. Khamroyev, professors, university employees and students.
During the event, experts provided extensive information about the negative consequences of drug addiction, the harm it causes to society and the individual. Also, the measures taken by the state to prevent this disease, issues of responsibility in the legislation, and important aspects of ensuring awareness and safety were discussed.
