Spiritual and Educational Event: “Defense of the Fatherland is a Sacred Duty!”
In honor of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and “January 14 – Defenders of the Fatherland Day”, a spiritual and educational event was held on the theme: “Defense of the Fatherland is a Sacred Duty!”
The event was attended by distinguished guests, including the Chairman of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, the Head of the Emergency Situations Department of Karmana district (Lieutenant Colonel), the Head of the Cynology Service of the regional Internal Affairs Department (Senior Sergeant), employees of the 87214th military unit, and the Deputy Commander of the 20022nd military unit (Lieutenant Colonel). The soloist and orchestra team of the 20022nd military unit, representatives of the Honor Guard troops, and members of the Navoi region Veterans' Council also graced the occasion.
Speakers at the event highlighted that defending the homeland is a noble and sacred responsibility. They emphasized the importance of fostering a spirit of military patriotism among young people.The event saw enthusiastic participation from the university community, including around 2,000 students, who actively engaged in discussions and activities.
