• Ensure and monitor the timely implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on University matters, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, including resolutions aimed at strengthening executive discipline, regulatory documents and guidelines of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation in accordance with the University Regulations;
• Ensure the consideration of applications from legal entities and individuals sent for execution to departments, faculties and other structural divisions of the university system, within the established timeframes and control over each application from the moment it is received for execution;
• study and analyze the state of work of departments, faculties and other structural divisions of the university in considering appeals from individuals and legal entities and resolving problematic issues raised in them, pay special attention to compliance with the procedure and deadlines for considering appeals, as well as carry out ongoing monitoring and control over the consideration of appeals by structural divisions, take measures to ensure their timely and necessary consideration;
• Work with applications from individuals and legal entities, organize working groups with the involvement of qualified university faculty in accordance with the established procedure, study on-site issues within the competence of the control and supervisory department;
• Immediately inform the rector of the university about violations of deadlines and procedures for considering applications by structural divisions;
• Develop and implement relevant plans and measures aimed at ensuring executive discipline;
• Ensure that control cards for the execution of documents received by the university are maintained in accordance with the established procedure and their timely delivery to responsible executors;
• Ensure that decisions are made within the established deadlines and that their implementation is constantly monitored.
• Organize the development of targeted and comprehensive plans for the implementation of documents in departments, faculties and departments of the university;
• Participate in the work of specialized commissions together with other divisions of the university, aimed at further strengthening the educational process and executive discipline;
• Participate in specialized working groups to study the activities of faculties and departments;
• Effective use of modern electronic systems of executive control in document flow;
• Regularly monitor the implementation of educational, educational and methodological, spiritual and educational, research work, advanced training and retraining of personnel, as well as the implementation of instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers;
• Monitor and analyze compliance with educational standards and regulatory documents governing educational activities at the university and its divisions (faculties, departments, advanced training faculties, academic lyceums and other structural divisions);
• Develop recommendations aimed at studying, generalizing and popularizing best practices in the field of activity of the department;
• Submit to the Ministry, within the established deadlines and in high quality, reports on the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President, resolutions and orders of the Government;
•To implement, together with the relevant departments, rating methods and criteria for assessing the performance of the faculty;
•To provide the University management with information on the progress of implementing controlled and regulated documents;
•To submit reports in a timely manner to the University administration and other relevant higher authorities;
