Geometry and modern teaching methods
An open lecture session on the topic “Stages in solving construction problems and elementary construction problems” was held for 3rd-year correspondence students of the Primary Education Department at Navoi Innovation University. The session was conducted by Ikrom Amirov, a teacher of the “Social and Humanities” department.
During the lecture, the possibilities of construction tools, the role and relevance of constructive geometry in modern education were discussed. The lesson was organized based on interactive methods - “Brainstorming”, “BBB” and “Knowledgeable Mail”, and active communication with students was conducted.
At the end of the session, practical problems were solved and the results were visualized through 3D graphics. This open lesson was useful for students not only theoretically, but also practically, allowing them to more deeply understand the importance of geometry in real life.
