A roundtable discussion on the topic "Women Scientists - a Mirror of Society" was organized at the Navoi Innovation University on the initiative of the Women's Advisory Council and the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment. The event was attended by influential women experts actively involved in the development of science and society, professor of Navoi State University, deputy of the Regional Council Nosirova Shoira Normuratovna, Deputy Khokim of Karmana district, Head of the Department of Family and Women Shomiyeva Nargiza Uktamovna, and specialist of the Department of Family and Women of the Karmana district Khokimia Dilfuza Hasanova.
During the event, the conditions created for women in our country by our President, reforms aimed at supporting their scientific and innovative activities, were discussed.
During the roundtable discussion, the following issues were covered in detail:
– The role of women in society and their achievements in scientific activity;
– Opportunities for expanding women's participation in innovative projects;
– State programs and support systems being created for women.
This meeting served as an important motivational platform for female university professors and female students. Participants exchanged experiences and received valuable advice on future directions.
