A roundtable discussion on the topic "We raise a healthy generation" was organized at Navoi Innovation University. The event was attended by doctors of the Karmana District Medical Association H.H. Fayziyeva and N. Sodiqova, Japanese doctor Yuki Asanu, Rector's Advisor on Women's Issues R. Rabbimova, Associate Professor of the Department of Exact and Technical Sciences, PhD U.N. Umurzokova, university nurse M. Astanova, and female students.
During the discussion, recommendations were given on ensuring the health of the younger generation, strengthening proper nutrition, physical activity, and psychological well-being. Participants, including Yuki Asanu, presented interesting information about aspects of a healthy lifestyle based on global experience.
